Workforce Associate – Tax (July 2027 Intake)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Workforce Associate to join its Tax Services team in Singapore. You will support senior consultants in delivering comprehensive employment tax, immigration, HR operations and total rewards solutions to a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing client‑focused solutions by understanding business needs and delivering holistic tax advice.
• Prepare clear and impactful deliverables that communicate key insights and recommendations.
• Provide Singapore employment tax advisory, supporting equity plans, structuring, M&A, and family‑office setups.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely and coordinated service delivery.
• Maintain strong client relationships and keep them informed of market and legislative changes.
• Contribute to thought‑leadership by researching emerging trends and best practices.
• Support business development initiatives within the tax team.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting or Human Resources.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Good conceptual understanding of relevant theories and frameworks.
• Demonstrated co‑curricular involvement.
• Prior tax experience is desirable but not mandatory.
