Accountant – Singapore Finance Team

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join a leading multinational organisation in the logistics, mobility and business services sector. The role will support day‑to‑day finance operations, ensure financial accuracy and compliance, and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledger activities.
• Prepare customer invoices, review job costing, monitor revenue recognition and resolve billing issues with operational teams.
• Create journal entries, accruals, financial reports and variance analysis for management reporting.
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards, internal controls and local tax regulations.
• Drive process improvements and strengthen finance controls.
• Collaborate with finance and operational stakeholders on ad‑hoc projects.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• 2‑4 years of experience in full‑cycle finance operations (AR, AP, GL).
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
