Advertising Media Sales Manager

About the role

Our client is seeking an experienced Advertising Media Sales Manager to expand its advertising business across digital and other media platforms. You will develop sales strategies, win new clients, grow key accounts and lead a sales team to meet revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute advertising sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with prospective advertisers.
• Manage key accounts, understand client objectives and propose tailored advertising solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative and operations teams to deliver campaigns.
• Monitor market trends and client feedback to uncover growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports and revenue forecasts for senior management.
• Mentor junior sales team members and support their performance.
• Represent the business at client meetings, industry events and networking opportunities.

Required profile

• 6–7 years of advertising or media sales experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or team‑lead role.
• Proven ability to win new business, grow client accounts and achieve sales targets.
• Strong understanding of digital, social, print or other media platforms and integrated advertising campaigns.
• Excellent client relationship, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage sales priorities and engage senior stakeholders.
• Experience with CRM systems, sales reporting or digital campaign metrics is an advantage.
