Agentic AI Engineer / Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Agentic AI Engineer / Specialist to design, develop and deploy AI agents, co‑pilots and multi‑agent systems that automate business processes and enable intelligent workflows. The role sits at the intersection of AI research and enterprise engineering, translating business needs into scalable, production‑ready solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and launch AI agents, co‑pilots and multi‑agent systems for business automation.
• Translate business requirements into scalable AI‑driven solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Architect end‑to‑end AI pipelines, including data ingestion, processing, model integration and agent orchestration.
• Build and optimise agentic workflows using LLMs, RAG architectures, APIs and orchestration frameworks.
• Integrate AI solutions with ERP systems, databases, APIs and internal applications.
• Create reusable AI modules, automation frameworks and prompt‑engineering standards.
• Conduct rapid prototyping, proof‑of‑concepts and experimentation with emerging AI technologies.
• Monitor and continuously improve AI system performance, scalability, reliability and governance compliance.
• Evaluate emerging AI trends to identify high‑impact business opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams and external vendors while contributing to AI governance and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in AI engineering, software engineering, automation engineering or related digital‑solution roles.
• Hands‑on experience building AI/ML models, LLM‑based applications or automation workflows.
• Experience with AI agent frameworks, APIs and modern AI tooling is preferred.
• Background in start‑up, innovation or fast‑paced project environments is an advantage.
