Architectural Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an Architectural Engineer to lead the supervision and coordination of architectural works on construction projects. The role ensures that all design and construction activities comply with relevant standards, safety and environmental regulations while collaborating closely with civil, structural and M&E teams.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all architectural works, guaranteeing compliance with standards, safety and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with civil/structural and M&E disciplines to resolve technical issues.
• Participate in progress and technical meetings with all relevant parties.
• Arrange and facilitate inspections by consultants and authorities as required.
• Assist with architectural RI inspections.
• Plan, schedule and monitor architectural work progress.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction supervision of architectural works.
• Degree or Diploma in Architecture or a related field.
• Experience in LTA or building projects is advantageous.
• Background in a construction company.
• Strong knowledge of structural and architectural details.
