Associate Principal Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst

About the role

Dragos Global Threat Intelligence protects the critical infrastructure that powers civilization. We are looking for an OT Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst to embed with a Singapore government security team as a trusted, autonomous expert. You will lead threat hunts, deliver tailored intelligence in multiple formats, and represent Dragos inside cleared environments, shaping government strategy while collaborating with delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support the client’s ICS/OT cyber threat intelligence needs, including high‑stakes national security moments.
• Conduct freeform and hypothesis‑driven threat hunts using network traffic and industrial protocol analysis.
• Establish baseline OT asset and network behaviors across Singapore’s critical infrastructure with Dragos Platform and Synapse.
• Translate hunt results into MITRE ATT&CK for ICS mappings and confidence‑based assessments for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on best practices, mitigations, and incident response support.

Required profile

• Singapore citizen with an active security clearance.
• Minimum 4 years of cyber threat intelligence experience using multiple data sources.
• Hands‑on threat hunting experience, including packet capture and industrial protocol inspection.
• Customer‑facing experience with independent stakeholder management.
• Strong technical and strategic writing skills for CTI analysis products.
• Proficiency with data aggregation and analysis tools such as Synapse, and experience leveraging AI/LLM resources.
