B2C Sales & Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic B2C Sales & Marketing Specialist to become the face of our fast‑growing wellness brand. You will create short‑form content, run digital campaigns, and drive sales across multiple e‑commerce platforms while engaging audiences on TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, LinkedIn, and other channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Shopify, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google and LinkedIn.
• Produce engaging short‑form videos for TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu and Instagram Reels.
• Manage LinkedIn marketing, including B2B storytelling, partnerships and brand positioning.
• Host live‑stream sessions on TikTok, Shopee and Lazada to boost sales.
• Oversee e‑commerce operations on Amazon, Shopee and Lazada, including major sales events (9.9, 11.11, 12.12).
• Generate and amplify customer reviews, testimonials and user‑generated content.
• Collaborate with influencers, KOLs and partners to expand brand reach.
• Support product launches and seasonal campaigns such as Chinese New Year and Christmas.

Required profile

• Passionate about creating conversion‑focused content.
• Comfortable appearing on camera for filming and live selling.
• Able to think across B2C social media and B2B partnership strategies.
• Hands‑on with advertising platforms, analytics and e‑commerce tools.
• Fast, creative and results‑driven.
