Beauty Industry Branch Manager – Singapore

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Beauty Industry Branch Manager to lead our Orchard location. You will be responsible for both the operational performance of the branch and delivering expert beauty advice to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day branch operations, including staffing, inventory, and budgeting.
• Lead, train and motivate a team of beauty therapists and consultants.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve client issues promptly.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Maintain the branch’s appearance and ensure equipment is functional and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Provide personalized beauty consultations, recommend treatments and stay updated on product trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Branch Manager or similar managerial role in the beauty sector.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, treatments and current industry trends.
• Ability to manage budgets, inventory and staff performance.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service orientation.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with branch management software

• Competitive salary SGD 2,500‑3,500 per month plus attendance allowance and performance bonus.
• Four days off per month (every Sunday and public holidays).
• Work hours: weekdays 11 am‑8 pm, weekends 11 am‑6 pm.
