Business Excellence Executive

About the role

The Business Excellence Executive drives continuous improvement across the organisation by strengthening business processes, quality systems, ISO management, EHS coordination and digitalisation initiatives. The role works closely with Sales, Operations and Finance to boost operational efficiency, reduce reliance on key individuals and support long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Process improvement: review and optimise existing processes, eliminate waste, standardise workflows and develop SOPs.
• ISO management: maintain the ISO Management System, coordinate internal and external audits, manage CAPA and document control.
• EHS coordination: handle EHS documentation, risk assessments, safety training records and workplace inspections.
• Quality systems: maintain quality documentation, monitor NCRs and customer complaints, perform root‑cause analysis and support supplier quality initiatives.
• Digitalisation & analytics: create management dashboards, improve KPI reporting, automate repetitive reporting and enhance ERP utilisation.
• Business support: collaborate with Sales, Operations and Finance to improve quotation workflows, production KPIs, inventory management and finance processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in continuous improvement, ISO management, EHS coordination and quality systems.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with Sales, Operations and Finance teams.
