Business Solutions Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Business Solutions Consultant to support our fast‑growing food‑technology organisation in Singapore. The role will help shape operational excellence across APAC, driving the adoption of productivity platforms and AI‑enabled tools to accelerate our mission of sustainable protein.

Key responsibilities

• Identify operational gaps, recommend improvements and implement solutions that boost collaboration and productivity across regional teams.
• Provide guidance to teams in Japan and Korea on system and process optimisation, ensuring alignment with APAC standards.
• Lead administration, training and optimisation of core platforms such as Asana, Salesforce and Slack, including SOP creation and user support.
• Partner with department leads to design and enhance workflows for OKR tracking, budget planning and HR processes.
• Research, evaluate and recommend AI‑powered tools and automation opportunities (e.g., Zapier, Make.com) to streamline workflows.
• Collaborate with leadership to embed best practices in data management, cybersecurity and responsible AI use, delivering related training.
• Step into interim responsibilities within the Operations team and contribute flexibly to a small, agile group.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Computer Science, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in operations, system improvement or process optimisation.
• Project‑management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) are a strong plus.
• Proven ability to advise senior leaders and manage cross‑regional alignment.
• Strong commitment to sustainability, social impact and inclusive workplace culture.
