Business Support Executive – Healthcare Sales (5 days/week)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented Business Support Executive to back a fast‑moving sales team in the medical and healthcare sector. Based in Bukit Merah, Singapore, you will ensure smooth sales operations, accurate order processing and high‑quality customer service for hospitals, healthcare institutions and government bodies.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process quotations, sales proposals, purchase orders and tender submissions accurately and on time.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales order process, monitoring status and coordinating delivery schedules.
• Liaise with Sales, Finance, Procurement and Logistics teams to ensure seamless order execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on operational and administrative matters, responding promptly to enquiries.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of government and institutional tenders, maintaining proper records.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer records, sales data and generate required reports.
• Utilise ERP systems (SAGE preferred) for daily sales administration and ensure data integrity.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Excellent communication skills for internal coordination and customer interaction.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a customer‑service mindset.
