Capella Host – Breakfast & Afternoon Tea Service

About the role

The Capella Host joins a vibrant team delivering breakfast service in Fiamma and afternoon‑tea service in the Living Room. You will create memorable dining experiences for guests, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Take guest orders, provide detailed menu recommendations and upsell based on product knowledge.
• Prepare and arrange cutlery, crockery and glassware for both breakfast and tea settings.
• Operate Point‑of‑Sale (POS) systems to manage orders, print and verify bills, and process payments.
• Curate the afternoon‑tea presentation, retrieve and serve food and beverages, including alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks.
• Anticipate guest needs, deliver prompt service, and maintain meticulous attention to detail throughout the shift.

Required profile

• Diploma in Hotel Management or an equivalent qualification.
• Relevant experience in the service or hospitality industry.
• Responsible, independent worker able to perform with minimal supervision.
• WSQ food safety certification.
