Civil Engineer – Demolition & Property Management

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Civil Engineer to lead demolition projects and manage existing properties within HDB estates. The role combines technical analysis, project coordination, and on‑site management to ensure safe and efficient delivery of demolition and enhancement works.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and oversee demolition and enhancement projects in HDB estates.
• Coordinate procurement of services and manage site activities.
• Conduct feasibility studies and structural engineering analyses.
• Manage maintenance and improvement works for existing properties.
• Perform technical assessments to resolve post‑construction feedback and engineering issues.

Required profile

• Recognised Civil Engineering qualification accredited by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore.
• Relevant experience in design, construction or project management is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and analyse complex engineering problems.
• Interest in exploring new technologies and developing innovative solutions.
