Client Partner, Regional Brand & Growth Marketing

About the role

As a Client Partner in the Regional Marketing Solutions team, you will act as a trusted marketing consultant for brands on Shopee, helping them achieve their business objectives through data‑driven strategies and performance‑focused campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance to regional brands on Shopee, aligning marketing plans with business goals.
• Build and nurture partnerships, overseeing media planning, campaign execution and performance analysis.
• Monitor, optimise and measure brand performance using data insights to uncover growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Regional Brand Partnership team for client pitching and day‑to‑day marketing support.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to roll out new products, features and promotional tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Marketing.
• At least 1 year of experience in digital or performance marketing.
• Strong knowledge of SEA online marketing channels such as Facebook, Google and TikTok.
• Excellent analytical mindset with problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective storytelling and logical thinking in presentations and data analysis.
• Proven stakeholder‑management skills and the ability to influence decisions.
• Fast learner, collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with e‑commerce platforms is a plus.
