Clinical Associate / Resident Physician – Radiation Oncology

About the role

The Department of Radiation Oncology at National University Hospital is seeking motivated Clinical Associate / Resident Physicians to join the outpatient oncology team. You will work alongside senior consultants in delivering patient care and gaining hands‑on experience in radiation oncology.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in day‑to‑day operations of radiation oncology outpatient clinics.
• Provide office‑hour coverage according to the departmental roster.
• Conduct clinical audits and assist with radiotherapy treatment planning.
• Engage in research projects and contribute to the education of junior staff.
• Demonstrate sound diagnostic and clinical management skills and perform duties as directed by the Head of Department or Hospital Medical Board.

Required profile

• Basic medical degree from an accredited university recognised by the Singapore Medical Council.
• Eligibility for registration or registrable status with the Singapore Medical Council.
• Motivation, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Post‑graduate qualifications in clinical oncology (e.g., FRCR, FRANZCR) are advantageous but not mandatory.
