Communications Manager – South East Asia

About the role

We are seeking a Communications Manager to lead our South East Asia communications efforts. Working closely with policy, consumer, and corporate teams, you will shape narratives that highlight the platform’s social and economic impact, showcase collaboration with regulators and tourism bodies, and promote key consumer campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated consumer, corporate and policy communication strategies across SEA.
• Lead complex, proactive media campaigns and manage press relations, including story pitches, press releases, briefings and executive profiling.
• Manage agency partners and influencer engagement strategies in all markets.
• Prepare media interview briefings, public‑speaking materials and coordinate press events or trips.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 6+ years of experience in consumer, corporate or policy communications, either in‑house or agency.
• Excellent writing, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven media network and experience handling complex regulatory issues.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and stay calm in stressful situations.
