Community & Events Ambassador – lyf Singapore

About the role

The lyf Ambassador of Buzz (AOB) is the creative mind behind guest experiences at lyf Funan Singapore. You will translate lyf’s brand values into social events, build a vibrant community, and collaborate with internal and external partners in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage partnerships with merchants across food & beverage, retail, arts, tech, sports and more to secure special rates or preferred access for guests, while monitoring social trends for new opportunities.
• Curate weekly property‑level events aligned with brand pillars and coordinate quarterly cluster‑wide events, working closely with the operations team to execute and evaluate post‑event ROI.
• Serve as liaison for community‑level and corporate event leads, ensuring seamless communication and delivery across lyf properties in Singapore.
• Respond promptly to online guest reviews, manage internal review processes, and support regional marketing teams in executing annual and quarterly campaigns, including pre‑ and post‑event content for social channels.
