Community Pharmacist – Retail Pharmacy

About the role

We are seeking a registered Community Pharmacist to lead our pharmacy operations in Singapore. The role combines clinical expertise, commercial acumen and people leadership to deliver exceptional service and drive business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional pharmaceutical care and counseling to customers.
• Manage stock levels, ordering and inventory control.
• Maintain operational standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in patient‑care studies and contribute to the development of pharmacy services.
• Lead, motivate and develop pharmacy staff to achieve service and sales targets.

Required profile

• Registered pharmacist with the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
• Strong clinical competency and a passion for advancing pharmaceutical care.
• Enthusiastic, energetic and self‑motivated with a commercial mindset.
• Interest in digital tools and willingness to adopt new technologies.

Required skills

• Pharmacy dispensing and clinical consultation.
• Inventory and stock management.
• Regulatory compliance in a retail pharmacy setting.
