Concierge – Guest Services Specialist

About the role

The Concierge is the primary point of contact for guests seeking personalized assistance during their stay at our luxury hotels in Singapore. You will deliver a seamless experience by arranging travel, dining, entertainment, and special occasions, ensuring each guest feels valued and well‑cared for.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests with tours, golf bookings, restaurant reservations, flight changes and reconfirmations.
• Provide directional information, shopping tips, and recommendations for local attractions.
• Manage limousine bookings, billing, and revenue forecasting.
• Coordinate pre‑arrival arrangements such as birthday decorations, honeymoons, and anniversaries.
• Handle telephone enquiries, mail, lost‑and‑found items, and guest complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain hotel service, grooming, and LQA standards.
• Support guests with immigration, customs, and visa inquiries.

Required profile

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in the service industry.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Customer‑focused attitude with strong empathy and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other hotel departments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Opera property management system.
• Knowledge of PABX and related hotel computer interfaces.
• Familiarity with reservation and booking platforms used in Singapore.
• Competence in handling telephone and email enquiries.
