Conference Producer / Conference Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Conference Producer / Conference Marketing Specialist is a full‑time position based in Singapore. You will support the end‑to‑end delivery of conferences, from concept through execution, ensuring timelines are met and each event exceeds expectations. You can indicate a preference for a production‑focused or marketing‑focused track during the interview.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with market research on trends, competitors and industry challenges.
• Help curate conference agendas, schedule sessions, and coordinate with chairs and speakers.
• Maintain communication with key stakeholders to build advocacy for events.
• Manage event websites, keeping content, speakers, partners and sessions up‑to‑date.
• Provide exceptional customer service to partners, speakers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with editorial, marketing and live‑session teams.
• Support abstract processing and abstract book preparation.
• Assist with live‑streaming technical operations for virtual conferences.
• Help create and deliver on‑site briefs for in‑person events.
• Identify and address process issues that could impact project delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Interest in people, strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and articulate common objectives.
• Comfort with international travel and face‑to‑face networking.
• Proven teamwork capability and initiative to work independently.
