Consultant / Senior Consultant – Workforce & Organisation Change Management

About the role

Join Capgemini Invent’s Workforce and Organisation team to help global clients shape the Future of Work. You will partner with organisations across industries to design, implement and measure people‑centric transformation programmes that boost productivity, retain talent and deliver seamless employee experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver digital transformation programmes with a focus on employee experience, including training and communication interventions.
• Conduct current‑state assessments of leadership, ways of working, governance, processes, structures and capabilities, and co‑design actionable future states.
• Facilitate in‑person and remote workshops with senior client leaders to define, align, execute and measure people strategies.
• Design, test and iterate virtual working models enabled by technology to improve productivity.
• Coach clients on agile and digital ways of working and create fact‑based recommendations backed by data.
• Contribute to business development through point‑of‑view pieces and proposal creation.
• Support upskilling of team members and stay current with global workforce and organisation trends.

Required profile

• Consulting experience with demonstrable impact in change management, workforce strategy, HR, agile transformation or organisation design.
• Experience delivering transformation projects for financial services, consumer products, retail or the public sector is a plus.
• Strong consulting and interpersonal skills, including project management, stakeholder management, problem‑solving, creative thinking and C‑level communication.
• Proven ability to build relationships and empathise with clients in complex matrix environments.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience and a collaborative approach.
