Corporate Planning Executive – Legal (FMCG)

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Planning Executive (Legal) to support our client, a leading FMCG baby care brand, in ensuring robust corporate compliance and governance across Singapore and the ASEAN region. This role will work closely with internal teams, regional partners, external counsel, and the headquarters in Japan.

Key responsibilities

• Support corporate compliance, internal audits, and risk management activities.
• Review, update and maintain contracts, policies, SOPs, guidelines and other corporate documents.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, follow up on findings and ensure timely submission of supporting documents.
• Monitor compliance requirements and assist with staff training and awareness initiatives.
• Lead corporate projects in collaboration with internal departments, regional teams, external legal counsel, and HQ.
• Prepare reports, presentations and documentation for management and corporate planning activities.
• Support process‑improvement initiatives and ad‑hoc projects assigned by management.

Required profile

• Degree in Law, Business Administration, Corporate Governance, Business Management or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing or a Japanese‑owned company.
• Experience with corporate compliance, internal audits, ISO/JSOX or similar processes is highly preferred.
• Strong documentation, research, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail and ability to handle confidential matters.
