Corporate Services Team Lead

About the role

The Corporate Services Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of corporate services, including facilities management, fixed‑asset control, general administration, procurement, and security systems. This role ensures smooth day‑to‑day operations, drives cost‑control initiatives, and leads a team of administrative professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in drafting corporate services policies, procedures and SOPs.
• Support budget preparation and overall cost control.
• Coordinate internal audit requirements.
• Plan and supervise office relocation or renovation projects.
• Oversee Help Desk operations for building maintenance, furniture, and fixtures.
• Manage space planning and monthly space cost allocation.
• Verify updates on new purchases and transfers of fixed assets.
• Conduct annual stock‑taking of furniture, fixtures and equipment.
• Supervise reception, mailroom, pantry supplies and off‑site storage.
• Oversee printing of corporate materials and maintain stock levels.
• Lead procurement activities, including contracts, insurance and IT purchases via e‑procurement system.
• Coordinate site supervision for office renovation works.
• Monitor access‑card usage, CCTV operations and produce analysis reports.
• Provide training to corporate services staff and brief new employees.
• Supervise travel arrangements, ticket booking and hotel accommodation, emphasizing cost savings.

Required profile

• Relevant education and experience in corporate services or related fields.
• Ability to provide ad‑hoc administrative support as needed.
