Country Manager & Wealth Lead – Singapore

About the role

Blockchain.com is seeking a Country Manager & Wealth Lead for Singapore to drive growth of its crypto platform, focusing on high‑net‑worth individuals and retail users.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Singapore growth strategy, especially for wealth and HNWI segments.
• Expand the retail user base while building a pipeline of high‑value clients.
• Identify, test and scale acquisition channels such as content, KOLs, partnerships, referrals, communities, events and activations.
• Design initiatives to attract and convert sophisticated crypto investors.
• Own local growth targets and optimise initiatives based on commercial outcomes.
• Build and nurture trusted relationships with HNWIs, crypto‑native clients and top‑tier users.
• Serve as internal champion for Singapore HNWI clients, feeding insights to product and commercial teams.
• Lead Singapore events, activations, content, KOL and community strategies.
• Localise global campaigns and coordinate cross‑functional execution.

Required profile

• Strong experience at a crypto or digital‑asset company in growth, country management, wealth or senior client‑facing roles.
• Deep understanding of the crypto industry, digital‑asset products and competitive landscape.
• Proven ability to acquire and manage relationships with HNWI and high‑value clients.
• Professional fluency in English and Mandarin for sophisticated commercial conversations.
• Extensive knowledge of the Singapore market and its crypto‑wealth ecosystem.
• Existing relationships across Singapore’s HNWI, crypto, investor, KOL or community networks (highly advantageous).
• Outcome‑oriented with a strong instinct for identifying and converting growth opportunities.
• High ownership, speed, resourcefulness and bias toward action.
