Customer Service – Automotive Spare Parts

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Customer Service professional to support our automotive spare parts business. The role involves handling documentation, coordinating shipments, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. You will work closely with sales and logistics teams to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage documentation such as quotations, sales orders, invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders.
• Ensure proper packing of goods for delivery and export.
• Follow up on quotations and customer inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Monitor stock movement and maintain accurate records.
• Handle ad‑hoc tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in automotive sales.
• Professional Certificate/Diploma or related field.
• Customer service or sales administration experience is an advantage.
• Self‑driven, independent and able to multitask.
• Technical knowledge of heavy vehicle spare parts.

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from SGD 2,800 to 3,500 per month.
• Monday‑Friday work schedule, 9:00 am – 6:15 pm.
