About the role

The Customer Service Executive will be the first point of contact for OCBC customers, handling enquiries related to iOCBC, trading platforms and newly launched products. This role is based in the contact centre and focuses on delivering timely, professional and compliant service.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone and email.
  • Resolve queries on iOCBC, trading platforms, financial products and service requests.
  • Provide accurate product information while adhering to regulatory and internal policies.
  • Document all interactions, actions taken and follow‑up items in the system.
  • Support frontline operations during peak periods to ensure uninterrupted service.
  • Escalate complex issues promptly and contribute to process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

  • Strong customer‑centric mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with internal stakeholders.
  • Sound knowledge of product and regulatory requirements.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with the iOCBC platform.
  • Experience using trading platforms.
