Customer Service Officer cum Receptionist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Officer cum Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. You will manage inbound calls, respond to emails and ensure each interaction meets our quality standards while supporting the front‑desk operations.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and screen the customer service hotline, directing calls to the appropriate departments.
• Provide first‑level support via phone and email, resolving queries efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely closure of complaints and service tickets.
• Escalate complex issues promptly to senior staff.
• Perform general reception duties, including greeting visitors and handling ad‑hoc tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum GCE ‘N’/‘O’ Level qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or retail environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
