Customer Success Director – E‑Invoicing, Tax & Compliance

About the role

The Customer Success Director for E‑Invoicing, Tax & Compliance will lead adoption, retention and expansion for our top‑tier tax, accounting and compliance customers. Acting as a strategic advisor to C‑suite executives, you will guide multi‑disciplinary teams across finance, tax, treasury and IT to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with CFOs, Chief Tax Officers, Tax Directors, Finance Directors and Controllers.
• Demonstrate ROI through metrics such as time savings, audit risk reduction and process efficiency.
• Achieve 95%+ logo retention and 120%+ net revenue retention targets.
• Identify and qualify expansion opportunities across tax, accounting, treasury and IT functions.
• Drive adoption of all licensed solutions and ensure value realization.
• Lead onboarding and enablement programs for new tax software deployments.
• Convert satisfied customers into advocates, references and case‑study participants.
• Provide customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services or Tax/Accounting advisory.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder relationships in finance and IT environments.
• Track record of meeting retention and expansion goals in SaaS or professional services.
