Customer Success Manager – Enterprise AI (Singapore)

About the role

Anthropic is seeking an early Singapore‑based Customer Success Manager to partner with our most complex enterprise customers across ASEAN. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers unlock the full potential of Claude Enterprise, Claude Code, and the Claude API while shaping product and go‑to‑market strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Build strategic relationships with decision makers, understand business objectives and identify opportunities for optimization and expansion.
• Guide customers in selecting the right Claude capabilities, monitor usage patterns, and proactively address under‑utilization of consumption‑based and seat‑based products.
• Document and quantify customer value through ROI and impact metrics, and develop change‑management programs such as Train‑the‑Trainer and Centers of Excellence.
• Represent Anthropic’s brand in the region, creating ASEAN‑specific processes, playbooks and best practices while collaborating with global teams.

Required profile

• 8+ years in customer‑facing roles such as Customer Success, Consulting, Solutions Architecture or similar.
• Fluency in Mandarin and strong project‑management skills.
• Experience driving success across both consumption‑based and seat‑based business models.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and translate them into actionable plans.
