Demand Planner – Travel Retail (APAC)

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Demand Planner to join our Travel Retail Supply Chain team, focusing on luxury business units across the APAC region. You will own the sales forecast process, collaborate with Marketing, Finance and Sales, and ensure product availability while optimizing inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts by analysing sell‑in, sell‑out and stock‑in‑trade data.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing and finance to build consensus forecasts and ensure process compliance.
• Lead monthly forecast review meetings and consolidate promotion, launch and POS forecasts.
• Contribute to the monthly S&OP cycle with robust demand plans, highlighting assumptions, risks and opportunities.
• Work with supply planning to translate forecasts into optimal inventory strategies, monitoring product lifecycle and excess/obsolete stock.
• Track forecast accuracy, identify root causes of deviations and drive continuous improvement.
• Participate in transversal process‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 4‑6 years of progressive experience in demand planning.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and inventory data.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work across commercial and supply‑chain functions.

Required skills

• Power BI (PBI) for forecasting and reporting.
• Proficiency with forecasting and inventory management tools.
