Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist to lead the planning, execution and performance tracking of customer‑acquisition initiatives. The role will shape campaign strategy, define success metrics and ensure alignment with product launches and commercial promotions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor marketing campaigns focused on acquiring new customers.
• Define campaign objectives, KPIs and success metrics and report on performance.
• Analyse key performance data, provide insights and recommend optimisation actions.
• Coordinate with product, business intelligence, operations and external partners to deliver seamless go‑to‑market execution.
• Write compelling marketing copy and collaborate with creative teams to produce campaign assets.
• Support ad‑hoc marketing projects aimed at improving user experience and conversion rates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related field.
• Internship or project experience in marketing, e‑commerce or data analysis is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve quantitative problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, detail‑oriented and creative.
• Highly organised, able to multitask and thrive in dynamic environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience using Google Slides and Google Sheets.
