Director of Total Rewards & HR Operations

About the role

Sephora Southeast Asia & Oceania is seeking a senior HR leader to shape its Total Rewards and HR Operations function. Reporting to the HR Vice President, you will drive a data‑driven, compliant people strategy that supports rapid regional growth across eight markets.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑design and implement the total rewards and people analytics strategy aligned with Sephora SEAO’s business vision.
• Lead compensation and benefits design, annual salary reviews, and retail salary structures while ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
• Oversee HR controlling, data analytics, and cost‑optimization initiatives to foster a high‑performance culture.
• Ensure operational excellence for payroll, HR systems, and the employee lifecycle across the region.
• Establish governance frameworks to guarantee compliance, consistency, and risk mitigation.
• Manage HR technology platforms, ensuring reliable data and efficient processes.
• Lead a team of five managers covering Total Rewards, HR Technology, and HR Operations.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in HR policy governance, compensation & benefits, and HR operations within a multi‑country environment.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive adoption of HR policies and analytics.
• Strong knowledge of local labor regulations across Southeast Asia and Oceania.
• Leadership experience managing cross‑functional HR teams.
