About the role

We are an established maid agency that supplies domestic helpers from Indonesia, Myanmar, the Philippines, and India, and we seek a motivated Employment Agent to join our team. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and supporting sales activities within the agency.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to customers and handle a variety of tasks professionally, ensuring all client needs are met promptly.
• Work independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative to manage daily responsibilities and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain effective communication and build strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long‑term partnerships.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a maid agency or sales industry is an advantage, demonstrating familiarity with the sector.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, capable of preparing documents and managing data accurately.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, enabling clear interaction with clients and addressing their concerns.
• Friendly, approachable, and willing to learn, showing a positive attitude towards teamwork and personal development.
