About the role
SPEMOCEAN is seeking a full‑time End‑to‑End Recruitment Consultant to work on‑site in Singapore. You will own the complete recruitment lifecycle for offshore oil and gas positions, matching specialised talent with client needs across key energy hubs.
Key responsibilities
- Source, screen, interview and place candidates for offshore oil & gas roles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Understand technical and project requirements to tailor recruitment strategies.
- Provide consultative hiring support and advise clients on market trends.
Required profile
- Proven end‑to‑end recruitment experience, preferably in an agency setting.
- Ability to develop and manage client relationships and drive business development.
- Fluent Mandarin speaker.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Recruitment agency experience with business development is essential; oil & gas experience is not mandatory.
