Events Sales Assistant Manager – Weddings

About the role

Andaz Singapore, a lifestyle hotel brand by Hyatt Hotels Corporation, occupies levels 25 to 39 of the DUO Tower and offers well‑appointed guestrooms, four event venues and five dining concepts with stunning city views. Situated at the crossroads of Kampong Glam, Little India and Bras Basah‑Bugis, the hotel blends local culture with contemporary design. The Events Sales Assistant Manager – Weddings will work closely with internal teams to design and deliver personalized wedding experiences, ensuring each couple receives exceptional service and memorable moments. The successful candidate will be flexible to work evenings and weekends, and will have at least two years of experience in hotel, events or wedding operations.

Required profile

• Flexible to work evenings and weekends
• Minimum 2 years experience in hotel, events or weddings industry
• Strong administrative, problem‑solving and interpersonal abilities
• Computer literacy in MS Office and Outlook
• Prior knowledge of a CRM system such as Opera or Delphi is an asset
• A relevant degree in Marketing, Hospitality or Tourism Management is ideal
