Ex-MBB Strategy Consultant – AI Training (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for experienced strategy consultants from top‑tier firms to help design realistic consulting scenarios that train advanced AI systems. This remote, project‑based position focuses on translating real‑world consulting engagements into structured learning environments for large language models.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed consulting project scenarios, including industry context, financial data, constraints, and ambiguous inputs.
• Design discrete, structured tasks for AI agents that mirror real consulting work such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, and operational diagnosis.
• Develop grading frameworks, evaluation rubrics, and golden‑answer solutions to calibrate an LLM‑based grading system.
• Collaborate with the AI data team to ensure scenarios are aligned with model training objectives.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems into analytical plans.
• Experience building financial models, market analyses, and synthesising messy data into client‑ready deliverables.
• Comfort delivering recommendations under time pressure and uncertainty.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑structuring capabilities.
• Familiarity with financial modeling and market analysis techniques.
• Ability to use lightweight digital tools for scenario creation.
