Executive Assistant – Graduate/Early-Career (Singapore)

Tencent Cloud’s Cloud & Smart Industries Group is looking for a highly organized Executive Assistant to support its global team in Singapore. This entry‑level position offers fresh graduates or early‑career professionals the chance to work in a fast‑paced, international environment, gaining exposure to business operations, stakeholder management, and cross‑border collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars for directors and senior leaders across multiple time zones.
• Arrange international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas and detailed itineraries.
• Serve as the central communication liaison for the Singapore office, coordinating business and commercial needs.
• Organise cross‑departmental meetings, prepare minutes and follow up on action items.
• Support client visits and large‑scale business events, handling venue booking, material preparation and on‑site coordination.
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, team‑building activities and local welfare programs.
• Handle departmental administrative matters such as procurement, asset management and expense reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (approximately 80% of interactions with China headquarters).
• Experience in administrative, secretarial or project coordination roles, or demonstrated leadership in student or campus activities.
