Executive HR Business Partner (Medical)

About the role

The Executive HR Business Partner (Medical) will join the HR team of Tengah General and Community Hospital, a new state‑of‑the‑art campus set within Tengah Forest Town. Reporting to the Medical HR function, the role partners with the Chairman Medical Board Office, Clinical Leads and other stakeholders to design and deliver HR programmes that support the hospital’s medical workforce. This position plays a pivotal role in shaping the talent pipeline, learning initiatives and employee experience for a future‑focused, community‑integrated hospital.

Key responsibilities

• Support Clinical Leads and stakeholders in identifying manpower requirements and coordinating recruitment activities to meet medical staffing needs.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for the Medical group, including sourcing, interview scheduling, candidate management, offer administration and onboarding.
• Collaborate with the Protem CMB Office and other parties on nesting, deployment and practising registration processes for medical staff.
• Assist in implementing and administering the Health Manpower Development Plan, fellowships and leadership development programmes for the Medical team.
• Provide HR operational support and services to the Medical team, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day HR functions.
• Interpret and apply HR policies, procedures and guidelines, offering administrative assistance to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure timely processing of HR transactions and documentation.
• Support the review and implementation of HR policies and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory and organisational requirements.
• Liaise with Centres of Excellence and relevant stakeholders to roll out HR initiatives, programmes and projects.
• Undertake any other ad‑hoc duties and projects as assigned.
