F10 Receiving and Shipping Specialist

About the role

Micron Technology is seeking a Receiving and Shipping Specialist to manage daily logistics operations for its F10 facility. The role ensures accurate receipt, handling, and dispatch of materials while supporting continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily receiving and shipping activities in line with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external forwarders to arrange shipments and ensure timely delivery.
• Inspect incoming goods, verify contents against manifests, invoices, and orders, and document any discrepancies.
• Prepare shipping documentation, invoices, and packing lists for outbound shipments.
• Participate in process‑automation projects, applying AI‑based tools for problem detection, prediction, and performance optimization.
• Promote a safe and environmentally friendly workplace by developing and delivering relevant training and procedures.

Required profile

• Educational background such as GCE ‘O’ level/SPM, Higher NITEC, NITEC Intermediate, or a diploma in Wafer Fabrication, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
• Open to candidates with no prior experience; a willingness to learn is essential.
• Knowledge of warehouse, shipping, or receiving operations is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward achieving goals.
