F&B Service Expert – Crossroads Cafe

About the role

The Guest Service Expert at Crossroads Cafe creates memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive, friendly service and ensuring a safe, clean environment for guests. You will work closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to support smooth operations throughout the restaurant.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables, arrange seating, and maintain a tidy dining area.
• Communicate orders and special requests accurately with kitchen staff.
• Greet, serve, and interact with guests, addressing their needs promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of work stations, utensils, and service areas.
• Follow safety and security procedures, report incidents, and use personal protective equipment as required.
• Handle menu verification, ensure correct presentation of food and beverages.
• Assist with inventory checks and restocking of supplies.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, and move on uneven or slippery surfaces for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift up to 25 lb unassisted and 50 lb with assistance.

• Strong attention to safety, hygiene, and guest privacy.
