Field Service Engineer – Semiconductor & Vacuum Equipment

About the role

The company is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide on‑site technical support for vacuum and semiconductor processing equipment across Singapore. You will work directly with customers to ensure equipment performance and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot vacuum and semiconductor processing equipment at customer sites.
• Execute Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) to validate system performance.
• Prepare and manage service documentation, including maintenance reports, fault analysis, and service logs.
• Control and calibrate service tools in accordance with operational standards.
• Maintain engineering documentation such as schematics, P&ID drawings, revision control, and RFIs.

Required profile

• ITE/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience servicing equipment, preferably in semiconductor, vacuum technology, or industrial machinery (training provided for junior candidates).
• Hands‑on attitude with willingness to work on‑site and travel as required.
