Finance Controller – Senior Finance Leadership Role

About the role

An established SGX‑listed manufacturing group is seeking an accomplished Finance Controller to join its senior finance leadership team. This high‑profile position works closely with senior management and key stakeholders across the Group, driving financial discipline and strategic insight.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Group’s financial controllership function, overseeing reporting, governance and statutory compliance.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial statements in line with SFRS, SGX listing requirements and other regulatory obligations.
• Partner with business and operational leaders to provide financial insights, strengthen discipline and support sustainable performance.
• Drive finance transformation and innovation initiatives, streamlining processes, improving reporting efficiency and expanding automation.
• Oversee cost accounting, inventory management, product costing and margin analysis within the manufacturing environment.
• Develop the finance team, strengthen processes and controls, and progressively assume broader leadership responsibilities as part of succession planning.

Required profile

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline.
• Approximately 10‑20 years of progressive finance experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, controllership, governance and cost accounting.
• Demonstrated ability to influence across the business and lead transformation initiatives.
