Finance Manager – Fiat

About the role

Binance is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the full financial management cycle for its fiat‑related legal entities. You will own month‑end and year‑end close, reporting, and drive AI‑enabled process improvements across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day finance operations, including general ledger, balance‑sheet reconciliations and financial statement preparation.
• Prepare accurate management accounts, variance analyses and provide insights to the Finance Lead.
• Identify and implement AI‑driven automation to optimise accounting workflows and reporting.
• Lead external audit coordination, serve as primary liaison and ensure timely resolution of findings.
• Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and monitor actuals versus budget.
• Oversee end‑to‑end accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA, ACCA or CMA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in finance management, financial controlling or senior accounting roles, preferably in crypto, payments or multinational environments.
• Proven experience managing external audit cycles, ideally with a Big 4 or public accounting background.
• Ability to thrive in an unstructured environment, handle ambiguity and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong interest and working knowledge of AI tools and automation applied to finance functions.
