Finance Manager – Mobile Postpaid Finance

About the role

Singtel is seeking a Finance Manager to lead Finance Business Partnering for Mobile Postpaid (Residential & Corporate Individual Scheme). The role will support the Mobile Marketing team by providing accurate financial insights, driving performance improvements, and ensuring robust financial governance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform monthly actual closing, track results against budget and forecast, and present findings to Line Directors and the VP of Mobile Marketing.
• Prepare and circulate monthly flash reports to FP&A and senior leadership.
• Liaise with Business Analysts to understand non‑financial drivers and their impact on performance.
• Coordinate balance‑sheet reconciliations and respond to auditor queries.
• Develop financial forecasts and budgets, run scenario analyses, and support line teams in decision‑making.
• Review business cases, build financial models (ROIC, NPV) for Capex and new‑product proposals.
• Support key initiatives such as EPM implementation and new product roll‑outs, ensuring finance requirements are met.

Required profile

• University degree in Accountancy.
• 4–8 years of relevant finance experience.
• Meticulous, detail‑oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proactive mindset, able to introduce new tools and manage competing priorities.
• Experience with IT systems and implementations is an advantage.
