Finance Transformation Consultant – Financial Services

About the role

EY is seeking a Finance Transformation Consultant to join its Business Consulting team within the Financial Services practice. You will work with leading financial institutions to redesign finance functions, improve insight, and deliver sustainable, technology‑enabled solutions that align with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse finance operations and identify opportunities for functional efficiencies and value creation.
• Design and implement innovative processes, people, and system improvements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across asset management, banking, insurance and private equity.
• Provide advisory services on finance function transformation, shared services, performance management and regulatory change.
• Support clients in leveraging technology to enhance service delivery and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong numeracy and solid grasp of financial performance analysis in the financial or insurance industry.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with culturally diverse teams.
• Ability to lead, coach and mentor high‑performing teams.
• Proactive attitude toward learning and applying new technologies.
