Food Operations Executive – West/Tuas (Rotating Shifts)

About the role

The Food Operations Executive will oversee daily food preparation and ready‑meal production for the West/Tuas region. This position requires hands‑on experience in large‑scale central kitchen or food manufacturing environments and involves translating customer requirements into clear product designs, specifications, and production processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the operations team in daily food preparation and ready‑meal production.
• Translate customer requirements into product designs, specifications, and production processes.
• Develop and optimise processes to achieve required product quality and consistency.
• Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet demand and delivery requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency and output.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve production issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Food Technology, Food Science or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in food manufacturing or industrial central‑kitchen operations.
• Strong understanding of food technology, production processes and large‑scale food processing equipment.
• Good communication and writing skills for operational documentation.
• Strong planning, problem‑solving and coordination abilities.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including night shifts.
