About the role

We are seeking a Foot Reflexologist to deliver safe, comfortable and hygienic foot reflexology treatments to our guests at Shanyang Wellness in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

Perform treatments for guests using professional reflexology techniques in a safe and hygienic manner.
Maintain a neat and orderly work area that meets the shop’s high standards.
Assist with shop duties when not scheduled for treatments, including receptionist duties.
Be punctual for appointments and review each service and shift thoroughly.
Provide exceptional customer service and handle phone and walk‑in enquiries.
Build rapport with customers to foster long‑term relationships.
Maintain a presentable appearance and good conduct.
Ensure accurate stock levels and transaction records.
Assist in store housekeeping and maintenance.

Required profile

Preferably has retail sales experience.
Service and sales‑oriented with a friendly, approachable personality.
Good interpersonal skills and a proven sales track record.
Willing to work retail hours, shift work, weekends and public holidays.
