About the role
We are looking for a Patient Service Associate to join our Emergency Department on a 1‑year contract. The role involves handling patient registration, front‑counter duties and supporting patient flow in a government healthcare setting. The position is based in Singapore, works on a rotating shift pattern and offers a monthly salary of SGD 1,800–3,200. Training will be provided and the role requires flexibility to work any of the three rotating shifts, five days a week.
Key responsibilities
- Handle patient registration and front counter duties
- Assist with appointment coordination and enquiries
- Support patient flow in the Emergency Department
- Provide frontline customer service to patients and next‑of‑kin
- Perform basic administrative duties
Required profile
- Open to all backgrounds (training provided)
- Comfortable with shift work
