Front Office Manager

About the role

The Front Office Manager will lead the Front Office, Executive Lounge and Concierge teams at Pullman Singapore Hill Street, ensuring seamless, high‑quality service for guests in this 350‑room upscale hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Front Office, Executive Lounge and Concierge, maintaining brand standards and guest expectations.
• Set and monitor performance targets, plan annual goals for staff aligned with hotel objectives.
• Coordinate with Reservations, Revenue and Sales to optimise room allocation and maximise yield.
• Implement Accor brand policies, procedures and service standards, and recommend improvements to enhance guest satisfaction and financial results.
• Handle guest issues, incidents or accidents in accordance with SOPs and ensure swift resolution.
• Manage department expenses, budgetary goals and controllable costs.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Housekeeping on room condition and maintenance matters.
• Lead recruitment, discipline, counselling and training programmes in partnership with Talent & Culture.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a hotel front office environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining service excellence.
• Commitment to employee safety, welfare and wellbeing.

Required skills

• Proficient knowledge of a Hotel Property Management System (PMS).
