Global Account Manager – Singapore

About the role

Lenovo is seeking a seasoned Global Account Manager to lead sales initiatives with strategic enterprise customers in Singapore. You will own the full sales cycle, from pipeline generation to closing high‑value deals, and drive revenue growth across Lenovo’s full‑stack technology portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute account strategies to increase revenue and market share within assigned global accounts.
• Own end‑to‑end sales processes, including pipeline generation, deal management, pricing, contract negotiations, and order execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with C‑level executives and key stakeholders to understand business needs and position Lenovo solutions.
• Identify new opportunities, expand wallet share through cross‑selling and upselling of devices, infrastructure, and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to deliver integrated, solution‑based customer offerings.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, account plans, and CRM updates to ensure pipeline visibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• 10+ years of enterprise or strategic sales experience in the IT industry.
• Proven track record managing large/global accounts and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong experience engaging C‑level stakeholders and navigating complex deal cycles.
• Fluent English communication skills.
